PDF MetaData provides PDF upload, metadata analysis, dashboard history, Credit-based deep analysis, and related account features. Available features, limits, Credits prices, and file size allowances may change over time.

Any pricing, Credit package descriptions, free-preview details, or feature costs shown in the product interface are part of the service offering in effect at the time of use.

You retain responsibility for the files and data you upload. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, store, and analyze that content using the service.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, store, and display your content solely for operating, securing, and improving the service.

You may not use PDF MetaData to violate the law, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malicious code, interfere with platform security, harvest data without authorization, or abuse the infrastructure.

The service, including its interface, code, branding, design, and software components, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these terms, no license or ownership interest is transferred to you.

PDF MetaData may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, storage, and related infrastructure. Their downtime, changes, or failures may affect service availability.

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Analysis results are informational and should be reviewed independently before being used for legal, compliance, evidentiary, or other high-stakes decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of PDF MetaData will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created security risk, misused the platform, or exposed the service or other users to harm.

You may stop using the service at any time, but certain records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and as required for legal, operational, or security purposes.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
